Where we store your information: If you contact us with a business enquiry, we may store your information in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software (TBA). If we do business together, we store your information in our accounts software (Xero). If you opt-in to join our mailing list, we store your name and email address in (Apollo) which is our preferred e-marketing platform.
NB: We chose these systems partly for their commitment to security.
What we use your information for: We occasionally use your contact information to send you details of our products and services. When we do, you have the option to unsubscribe from these communications. We may also email or phone you about our products and services, but if you tell us not to, we won’t get in touch again. We will use your information to send you invoices, statements, or reminders.
Who’s responsible for your information at our company: We have a nominated person responsible for the security of your information. You can contact that person by email at [email protected] or by phone on +44(0)1926 298916 if you have any concerns about the information we store.
Who has access to information about you: When we store information, only the people who need it have access. Our management team has access to everything you’ve provided, but individual employees have access to only what they need to do their job.

We store passwords in an encrypted password manager and use a different, randomly generated password for each service. Please note, we never use the same password twice.
The computers we use are protected by a passcode or fingerprint access. These computers ask for authentication whenever they’re started or after five minutes of inactivity. Our mobile devices are also protected by a fingerprint or facial recognition.
