The August Wrap Up

As we approach the official end of summer (September 23), we can reflect on what has been a great year so far – here is a summary:
Back in April, after a great few months, we decided to align our financial year with the tax year – ending our first financial year on target for that period.
May was a record month for sales.
In June, we reported smashing through the six-figure ‘invoiced sales’ barrier – and we achieved that in a year of trading.
In July, we also reported that we have hit our annual sales target for the financial year April 2023 to March 2024 – and we did that in just one hundred and twenty-five days!
We have now commenced on the next phase of our growth – and this includes:
- launching our digital tool where clients, contractor(s), accommodation providers and Rooost can reside and ensure the investment in contractors is maximised
- evolving our brand so that it aligns with the direction we are taking the business – the growth of our strategic partnerships
- a programme to develop the talent within our organisation
Our goal remains to help clients to improve efficiencies; reduce costs; increase revenues; align with strategic goals and, importantly, create a great experience for their contractors working away from home – and perform at their best whilst on assignment. We have achieved this for over 350 contractors for over 47,000 nights so far!
To conclude, August has been another great month – and time for consolidation as we prepare to evolve into our next phase. Watch this space!
