The July Wrap Up

As we enter the second half of the calendar year, we continue to break records!
Last month we reported smashing through the six-figure ‘invoiced sales’ barrier – and we achieved that in less than a year of trading.
This month, we can report that we have hit our annual sales target for the financial year April 2023 to March 2024 – and we did that one hundred and twenty-five days!
This great achievement now means we are reflecting and commencing on the next phase of our growth a lot sooner than anticipated. In the coming months we will be launching our digital tool where clients, contractor(s), accommodation providers and Rooost can reside and ensure the investment in contractors is maximised. We will also be evolving our brand so that it aligns with the direction we are taking the business. The brand evolution will, undoubtedly, support the growth of our strategic partnerships – where our goal is to help clients to improve efficiencies; reduce costs; increase revenues; align with strategic goals and, importantly, create a great experience for their contractors working away from home.
We will also commence a programme to develop the talent within our organisation. This will contribute to ensuring that our successes so far become a platform for the future.
